1. Using our service
These terms apply to Arrow Puzzle and the promotional websites operated by Zopnix LTD. They explain the conditions under which you may use the service. If you do not agree, do not use it. Mandatory rights provided by applicable law are not waived by these terms.

Our privacy policy explains information handling. Google Play, the App Store and linked services may have additional terms. Where applicable, the store's standard end-user licence terms also apply; nothing here replaces mandatory store terms.
2. Accounts and progress
Some features require a game account and an internet connection. Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in method and choose a username that does not impersonate another person or contain unlawful or abusive content. Do not share access credentials or use another person's account.
Local and synchronized progress are different. Offline changes may wait for a connection before synchronization, and uninstalling the game may remove local data. We cannot guarantee recovery of unsynchronized or deleted progress. You can request account deletion using these instructions.
3. Crystals, helpers and advertising
Crystals and helpers are virtual benefits usable only within the game. They are not cash, a financial asset or a transferable payment instrument, and cannot be redeemed for money. The current game does not sell crystal packs for real money.
Where enabled, ads support the game. Rewarded ads are optional offers shown in the app. A reward depends on the stated conditions and successful validation; network delays or provider confirmation can delay a reward. Starting an ad or closing it early does not by itself establish eligibility. Contact support about a missing reward without sharing private credentials.
Offer availability, helper prices and reward amounts may change. The applicable offer is the one presented for the action; technical discrepancies may require correction. We may reject duplicate or fraudulent claims and correct clear accounting errors, while respecting applicable rights.
External tasks or promotions have their own displayed conditions. Following an external link does not guarantee that a third-party action can be verified. We do not offer crystals or other benefits in exchange for a particular app rating or review. Reviews should reflect your honest experience.
4. Fair play and acceptable use
Do not use exploits, automation or modified clients to falsify scores, claim rewards repeatedly, disrupt other users, attack our services or obtain unauthorized access. Do not upload unlawful content or misuse support channels. Security research and other activity protected by applicable law remain subject to those legal protections.
Rankings depend on validated results. We may exclude invalid scores, correct errors or restrict accounts where reasonably necessary to protect the service. If you believe an action is mistaken, contact support. A monthly season has its own score period and does not mean your lifetime star balance is reset.
5. Game content and licence
Zopnix LTD and its licensors retain rights in the game, branding, artwork and other protected materials. Subject to these terms and applicable store terms, you may use the game for personal entertainment. These terms do not grant ownership of our content or permission to sell or redistribute it. Open-source components and third-party materials remain subject to their respective licences.
6. Changes, availability and ending use
We may release updates, change features or suspend access for maintenance, security or service operation. Online features depend on your connection and third-party services. We cannot promise uninterrupted availability or that every device will perform identically.
We may restrict or end access for serious or repeated violations, fraud or legal obligations. Where practical and appropriate, we will provide information about the reason and a way to contact us. You may stop using the game and request deletion at any time. Deletion and retained records are described in the privacy policy.
Material changes to these terms will be communicated where required. The date above identifies the version. Any further acceptance or notice required by applicable law will be respected.
7. Responsibility and applicable rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer remedies. Third-party services remain responsible for their own content and operations. If a problem occurs, contact us so we can investigate and consider the appropriate remedy.
