2. Information we use and why
| Information | Purpose and visibility |
|---|---|
| Email address, sign-in provider identity, account and session identifiers | Creating and securing an account, signing in, recovery and support. Passwords are stored as hashes. Email addresses are not public leaderboard fields. Google or Apple sign-in supplies information according to the provider and the permissions you grant. |
| Chosen username and country | Your public game profile and leaderboard presentation. Your username, selected country, level and scores can be visible to other players. Country is selected by you; it is not a GPS location measurement. |
| Progress, stars, seasonal scores, crystals, helper inventory and reward records | Saving and synchronizing play, operating rankings and the game economy, and preventing duplicate or fraudulent reward claims. Crystals are virtual game benefits, not money. |
| App and phone language, selected country, daily completion counts and ended-level summaries | Account-linked service reports help us understand language coverage and gameplay. Summaries may include level, outcome, moves, mistakes, revives and duration. These first-party reports are separate from optional Google Analytics. |
| Support correspondence | Responding to questions, investigating problems and verifying requests. Only include information necessary for your request; never send passwords or sign-in codes. |
| Network and security information | Operating and protecting our servers. Hosting and access logs can contain IP addresses, request times, requested resources and browser or device information. We do not promise that server requests are anonymous. |
| Ad-related information, where advertising is enabled | Delivering ads, recording consent, measuring ad interactions and validating rewarded ads. The exact identifiers and partners depend on the released app, device settings and consent choices; see the provider section below. |
| Optional Google Analytics information | If configured and you opt in, Google receives app/device/session or installation information and selected screen and level-result summaries. Our custom events do not include your email, username, account ID or sign-in tokens. SDK information is not necessarily anonymous. |
Bundled puzzles can be stored and played locally. Local progress and settings are kept on your device; account synchronization, rankings, support requests, ad delivery and downloads require a connection. Uninstalling the app can remove local information but does not by itself delete a server account.
3. Providers and disclosure
We use providers only for the relevant enabled service. A provider may process information outside your country; the deployment and transfer details must be completed below. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or to protect the service, users and legal rights.
- Google and Apple sign-in: authenticate an account when you choose those methods. Their own account and privacy settings also apply.
- AppLovin MAX: mediates advertising when enabled. Ad providers may process device identifiers, IP address, device/app characteristics and ad interaction information, subject to consent and platform settings. AppLovin privacy policy.
- Google Analytics for Firebase: is the optional mobile measurement component used for Google Analytics 4. This does not mean the game uses Firebase for account authentication, its game database or website hosting. Google privacy policy.
- Hosting, email and operational providers: process the information needed to run our services and deliver account or support messages.

Advertising and analytics disclosures must match the actual app release and its enabled partners. A non-advertising release does not serve ads solely because this document describes the feature.
4. Your controls and rights
- Optional usage analytics: is off by default. You can change the Usage analytics preference in the game's settings. Turning it off stops future optional collection and requests a reset of local analytics data; it does not automatically erase historical provider reports.
- Advertising choices: use the privacy/consent controls offered in the app and your device's advertising settings. Availability and effect depend on your region, platform and enabled providers.
- Profile: update your chosen username, country and language through the relevant profile/settings controls.
- Account deletion: use the authenticated in-app deletion option or follow the external request instructions linked below. Identity verification protects your account.
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, object to or restrict processing, withdraw consent, and complain to your data protection authority. Contact us to exercise applicable rights. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity; do not send passwords.
We use information to provide requested account/game services, protect their integrity, operate and improve them, comply with applicable obligations and, where required, with consent. The operator's jurisdiction-specific lawful bases and representative information are: Not yet confirmed — complete before publication..
5. Retention and account deletion
Deleting an account removes its profile, linked sign-in identities, saved server progress, leaderboard scores, account-linked usage/gameplay records and usable account credentials. Sessions are invalidated, the wallet is cleared and pending benefits are cancelled. Provider revocation and local cleanup may finish separately. Deleted progress cannot be restored through normal game use.
Some records are retained: the system keeps a pseudonymous account marker and limited economy/reward receipts to prevent duplicate claims and fraud. These are not anonymous. Backup copies and server logs have separate retention requirements. We do not claim that deletion instantly erases every copy from every system.

Account deletion instructions ↗6. Visiting our websites
The promotional pages do not embed advertising or analytics scripts, tracking pixels or third-party fonts. They do not collect account registration or support form submissions. Basic hosting logs may still be created when pages are requested. Following a store, provider or email link takes you to that service, whose policies apply.
The secured administrator area is a separate operational service and uses authentication/session protections. It is not a public game account registration page.
7. Audience and younger users
Not yet confirmed — complete before publication.
If you believe a child has provided information in a way that is not permitted, contact us so we can assess the request and take appropriate action. The released app's age rating, target audience, advertising settings and consent experience must agree with the policy published here.
8. Security, changes and contact
We use technical and organizational safeguards, including access controls, password hashing and protected service connections. No system or transmission is guaranteed completely secure.
We may update this policy when the service or applicable requirements change. The date above identifies the version; material changes will be communicated where required. You can contact Zopnix LTD at ap@zopnix.com for privacy questions and applicable rights requests.
